About Caribbean Gourmet

At Caribbean Gourmet, every bite is a journey to the sunny shores and vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. You are invited to indulge in the heartwarming food and hospitality crafted with love by the talented Yonette Alleyne, the culinary genius behind Caribbean Gourmet.

Yonette’s passion for creating soul-satisfying meals began in her childhood home in Guyana. At the tender age of 11, she discovered her love for the culinary arts and, as a birthday gift, requested a cookbook from her mother. From that moment on, Yonette immersed herself in the world of cooking, baking, and honing her culinary skills.

Today, Caribbean Gourmet is a testament to Yonette’s dedication and talent. Her delectable creations have garnered a devoted following, with fans willing to travel far to savor the unique flavors that define her cuisine. Every dish celebrates Caribbean culinary excellence, from the rich and savory oxtail stew to the tantalizing jerk chicken, the aromatic chicken curry, the flavorful vegan curry, and the mouthwatering beef and turkey patties.

At Caribbean Gourmet, authenticity is our cornerstone. Yonette takes pride in preparing each dish from scratch, ensuring that every morsel carries the true essence of Caribbean flavors.
