After college, Barney Santos and his wife traveled quite a bit. They paid attention to how Mexico and Europe created a community.
There was a unique model done in Las Vegas, and the owner, Tony Shay, invited the couple to see how it works.
This helped inspire how they could build the community they were in and that is where the BLVD MRKT food hall was started.
BLVD MRKT is located in Downtown Montebello. While they are dedicated to providing good food, drinks, and vibes, they are working to revitalize the Downtown area with community, food, engagement, culture, and art.
