Most recently, she graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s degree in Government, where her research, titled “Constitutional Silence: To Delegate or Not to Delegate, That is the Question,” was published.

Beyond her impressive academic credentials, Kaylee is deeply committed to public service and community advocacy. She serves on the board of directors for both the Purist Group and the Chinese-American Association of Walnut, actively working to empower future generations through education and civic engagement. Her experience includes internships with U.S. Congresswomen and serving as Secretary at Arizona State University’s Model Constitutional Convention. Currently, Kaylee is a candidate for the 2024 Walnut City Council election, driven by her passion for law and governance.
