About YakiYa

YakiYa offers a distinctive ‘Chef’s Pre-fixe Menu’ style, ensuring a dining experience like no other. Rather than selecting dishes from a conventional menu, their chefs curate each course, crafting a personalized culinary journey for you.

Their chefs strive to elevate your dining experience and are dedicated to continuous innovation. They exclusively use premium-grade beef sourced from Japan and the U.S., grilling it tableside to perfection. Complementing their exquisite dishes are their signature craft cocktails, thoughtfully selected wines, beers, and sake, all expertly chosen to harmonize with the menu.

The ambiance at YakiYa is as exceptional as their cuisine: sleek, smoke-free downdraft vents, combined with warm wood accents, brass embellishments, and supple leather, create an atmosphere that exudes both luxury and comfort. They invite you to join them soon for an unforgettable dining escapade.

Highlights

YakiYa offers a unique dining experience through our ‘Chef’s Pre-fixe Menu’ style. Unlike the conventional approach of ordering from a standard menu, YakiYa’s chefs personally curate every dish to ensure a one-of-a-kind culinary journey for our guests.

YakiYan Brings a High-End Japanese BBQ Experience to Hacienda Heights

The team behind Panda Express is introducing the upscale Japanese barbecue concept, YakiYan, to the United States, with a soft opening scheduled for December 12 and the grand opening on December 21. Originating from Taipei, YakiYan boasts a high-end, stylish interior and offers quality meats. Hacienda Heights, the location of the new restaurant, provides the convenience of a parking lot. While YakiYan is well-established in Taiwan, this marks its first venture into the U.S., making it a unique addition to the diverse dining scene in the San Gabriel Valley. Specializing in yakiniku, a Japanese barbecue style, YakiYan stands out with its finer dining experience, featuring an omakase set menu with prime beef. The restaurant also offers a selection of sake, beer, wine, and cocktails to complement the upscale ambiance. The opening is strategically timed as the San Gabriel Valley continues to embrace new international dining concepts.
