Eva Lin and her sisters immigrated to America from rural Fujian, China, to reunite with their parents. She worked at her family’s restaurant while learning English and later pursued a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from USC.
As a senior, she earned an internship with a commercial real estate brokerage and earned a full-time position after she graduated.
Eva had the beginnings of a successful career in real estate. However, within a year, she was completely disillusioned with the industry as she noticed the broker cutting corners. It became clear that he was unethical, so she left the company and the world of real estate altogether.
A few years later, she made her way back into real estate. This time it was on the residential side.
She was able to align herself with trustworthy mentors and brokers and provide her clients with the level of care and transparency she would want for her own family.
