Koji Steven Sakai is an accomplished writer, producer, and storyteller whose diverse film and television projects have reached audiences worldwide. He has written 12 produced feature films and served as producer on 9 features. His credits include projects with major platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Paramount+, Roku, and Tubi.
Beyond screenwriting, Sakai has authored books and graphic novels, produces two podcasts – The Unofficial Official Story Podcast and The What If Pop Podcast – and teaches screenwriting at UCLA Extension and the University of Southern California.
