Since 1985 Ray Rangwala has owned and operated Esteem Cleaners. They have been providing their customers with the highest level of cleaning and customer service in Glendale and Pasadena.
This is one of the reasons the California Dry Cleaners Association selected them as California’s Best Cleaner.
They are experts in:
- Professional Detail:
- Alterations & Fine Tailoring
- Purse and Handbag Cleaning
- Two Hour Cleaning
- Household Item Cleaning
One aspect that sets Esteem Cleaners apart from others in California is their Automated Assisted Assembly.
This sophisticated system sorts and assembles the clothes without human error. This state-of-the-art technology allows them to reassign team members to more demanding roles like quality control because some aspects of the business still need a human hand – like checking for missing buttons.
Ray has conducted a number of seminars for the Dry Cleaning Association in teaching his fellow dry cleaners “Wet Cleaning,” an environmentally safe way of cleaning that doesn’t use chemicals.
Esteem Cleaners is uniquely qualified to remove the most challenging stains because they incorporate traditional dry cleaning with enviro- safe wet cleaning.
They were chosen as “Cleaner Of The Year” by the California Cleaners Association. Since 1942, this honor is only given to one cleaner.
Not only are Esteem Cleaners dedicated to providing the best dry cleaning services to their customers, but they also believe in giving back to the community and are active in many civic organizations.
Ray, the owner of Esteem Cleaners, has chaired the Greater Los Angeles Dry Cleaners Association’s annual “Coats For Kids” clothing drive, where they cleaned over 20 thousand pounds and distributed them to people in need.
He has been instrumental in helping an orphanage called Estado 29 near Ensenada, Mexico, over the past nine years. He has been a proud member of the Rotary Club in Glendale, CA, for over ten years and has cleaned clothes for the Delancey Street organization, helping them get back on their feet.
Ray has also raised funds & accompanied a group of surgeons to perform Cleft Lip & Palate surgery in a village near Bangalore, India, in Aug-Sept 2006. His group has completed over 125 surgeries.
