About Elevate Lifecoaching
Michelle’s coaching journey began when she wanted a six-pack. She had a stain on her shirt and realized her belly had been rubbing against the steering wheel.
This was her wake-up moment.
She had been playing small her entire life and knew what it felt like to be invisible.
Michelle is 4’4″ and was permanently disabled in a car accident when she was 11. But this is when her journey began. Not long after joining her gym, everyone she knew decided they were going to Machu Picchu to climb the 26-mile summit.
She was determined to make that summit too. She booked her ticket, packed her pink crutches, and went to Peru.
She spent 8-10 hours a day hiking up the 26 miles of ascending trail. She bandaged her wrists to withstand the load of her body weight with every step on my crutches.
The first night, she got to camp long after everyone had finished dinner, and the trip guide offered to get her off the mountain.
“I didn’t come this far, only to come this far,” Michelle said
The last thing she wanted to do was go back. It would have been more shameful to go back than to fail.
When she got home, she was forever changed.
She lives her life fearlessly, and now her mission is to inspire others to take action in creating a visible coaching business and let that voice be heard by the clients they serve.
Michelle founded Elevate Lifecoaching to be the champion that helps you get to the top of your Machu Picchu, one step at a time.
If she can go from playing small to standing in front of hundreds of people as a public speaker and publishing a book, so can you.
