Fosselman traces its roots back to Waverly, Iowa, where Christian Anthony Fosselman incorporated ice cream into his beer and soda business. In 1924, C.A. moved his business to Pasadena, California, and in 1976, Fosselman condensed its operation to its retail store in Alhambra.
